6. cutting funding for public education
7. cutting healthcare for the poor and elderly
8. cutting funding to lower municipalities, forcing them to raise local taxes
9. weakening the power of unionized workers
10. allowing government-owned utilities to be sold under no-bid contracts to (see #3, huge corporations)
